Technique first
Good form protects your joints and builds the muscle you actually want. Every new movement starts with technique.
IFBB Certified Trainer · Hamamatsu, Japan
IFBB Certified Trainer, physique athlete and personal trainer based in Hamamatsu.
Yuki competes as a physique athlete and trains clients one-on-one in Hamamatsu. The same preparation that goes into stepping on stage goes into every client's plan.
With five years of personal training experience and an IFBB certification earned in 2024, Yuki coaches beginners and experienced lifters in Japanese and Portuguese.
Competing is not a side project. It is how Yuki tests what he teaches: a method that holds up under stage conditions, with strict standards and honest judging, earns its place in a client's plan.
Based in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Yuki trains clients in person at X FITNESS GYM and welcomes partnerships with brands and event organizers in Japan and Brazil.

Strength and size come from doing a little more over time. Sessions are planned so each week builds on the last.
Rest, sleep and a schedule you can keep matter as much as the workout itself.
We track what can be measured, such as loads, repetitions and photos, so progress is visible and plans can be adjusted.
Hamamatsu is home to a large and active Brazilian community alongside many international residents. Yuki trains in Japanese and Portuguese, so language is never a barrier to good coaching for Japanese and Portuguese speakers.
Whether you are new to Japan, returning to training or preparing for your first show, you can ask questions and get answers in the language you think in.
Consistency beats intensity. Plans are built to be followed for months, not days.
Every session is one-on-one and adapted to your body, schedule and goals.
Clear feedback and realistic targets, with progress you can see.
